Lisupril 5 Tablet 15 contains lisinopril (5 mg), which works on your body through the following mechanisms:

• Inhibition of Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme: Lisinopril acts by blocking the activity of an enzyme in your body called angiotensin-converting enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for converting a substance called angiotensin I into another substance known as angiotensin II.
