Levosalvac Syrup 100ml contains the following active component:

• Levosalbutamol (1 mg): Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist. It stimulates receptors in the smooth muscles of the airways, leading to the activation of adenylate cyclase and increased cyclic AMP (cAMP) production. This cascade relaxes the bronchial muscles, widens the airways, and eases airflow in and out of the lungs.
