Horlicks Mothers No Added Sugar Vanilla Flavour is used for meeting the needs of pregnant and lactating women. It provides 25 key nutrients, including high-quality protein, DHA and choline to support foetal development, especially brain growth. It may fulfil the higher energy demands of pregnancy and ensure that the mother remains nourished and healthy. The powder also helps enhance the quality of breast milk by supplying important vitamins and minerals like iron, folic acid, and vitamin B2.

• DHA: Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) is a type of omega-3 fatty acid that helps in the brain development of the baby. It may support the development of the baby’s eyes and nervous system during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
   
• Multivitamins (Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Niacin, Vitamin K): This combination of multivitamins helps in supporting the increased nutritional needs during pregnancy and lactation. Folic acid and Vitamin B12 and B6 may support energy metabolism and red blood cell formation. Vitamin D and calcium assist in bone development, and Vitamin A and E provide antioxidant protection. Iodine may support thyroid health and brain development in the baby. Vitamin C helps boost immunity and iron absorption.

• Take 200 ml of hot or cold milk or water. Add 25 gm (approx. 1.5 levelled scoops) of mother's Horlicks.
• Stir quickly to mix well. Add a little sugar if required.
• Take 25 gm three times a day, or as directed by the healthcare provider.
