Grenil Suspension is used to relieve migraine headache, fever, and the nausea and vomiting that may occur with them. It contains paracetamol and domperidone.
Paracetamol reduces pain and fever. Domperidone improves stomach movement and blocks signals that cause nausea and vomiting.
Give this suspension using the measuring device provided and follow the dose prescribed by your child's doctor.
Tell your child's doctor about any liver problems, heart rhythm problems or other medicines your child takes. Do not give another paracetamol-containing medicine unless your child's doctor advises it.
