Heart failure: Pioglitazone may cause fluid retention and can worsen heart failure. This medicine should be avoided in patients with NYHA class III or IV heart failure. Inform your doctor if you develop swelling of the feet, sudden weight gain, or shortness of breath.
History of severe hypoglycaemia: Patients who have previously experienced severe low blood sugar may be at higher risk when using this medicine and require careful monitoring.

Over Dose

Missed Dose
