Fineface Cream is used in the treatment of acne vulgaris in adults, helping reduce pimples, control inflammation and improve the overall appearance of the skin when applied as directed.

Uses of Fineface Cream are:

• Acne Vulgaris: Reduces pimples and inflamed acne spots.
• Skin Inflammation: Controls redness and swelling associated with acne.
• Reduction of Acne Lesions: Helps reduce inflammatory acne lesions during treatment.

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry before applying the cream.

Fineface Cream contains the following components:

• Betamethasone (0.1 % w/w): Betamethasone, a potent corticosteroid, latches onto certain receptors within cells. This blocks the release of chemicals that cause inflammation, helping to reduce swelling and redness in the affected skin areas. 
• Clindamycin (1 % w/w): Clindamycin is an antibiotic. It prevents the growth of bacteria causing skin infections by interfering with their ability to make vital proteins, thereby stopping their multiplication.
• Nicotinamide (4 % w/w): Nicotinamide, a form of vitamin B3, contributes to the anti-inflammatory activity. While its precise mechanism isn't fully understood, it is believed to enhance the skin's barrier function and increase the penetration of other active ingredients.

• Fineface Cream should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
