FabiSpray Nasal Spray is used for managing nasal hygiene and reducing viral presence by delivering Nitric Oxide directly into the nasal cavity. FabiSpray works by targeting the nasal passage, a primary site for viral entry, and helps control the viral load through its scientifically proven Nitric Oxide technology. Featuring a unique dual-chamber mechanism, FabiSpray ensures the generation of fresh Nitric Oxide with each spray for maximum efficacy. Developed in collaboration with SaNOtize Research and Development Corp., Canada, this spray is supported by clinical research and safety studies. With ingredients such as Sodium Nitrite and Anhydrous Citric Acid, it initiates an in-situ chemical reaction to generate Nitric Oxide, known for its broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties. Chamber I:
 

• Sodium Nitrite (0.276% w/w): Sodium Nitrite plays a central role in generating Nitric Oxide when it reacts with acid in the spray’s dual-chamber system. Nitric Oxide is recognised for its ability to help reduce viral presence on mucosal surfaces. It may also help maintain respiratory hygiene and may support immune defence in the nasal cavity.

Chamber II:
 

• Anhydrous Citric Acid (0.260% w/w): Anhydrous Citric Acid provides the acidic environment necessary to initiate the reaction with Sodium Nitrite, generating Nitric Oxide. It helps create an optimal pH environment for Nitric Oxide formation and supports localised action without systemic absorption.

• Manages Nasal Viral Load: FabiSpray Nasal Spray may help reduce the number of viral particles present in the nasal passages. By delivering Nitric Oxide directly to the site of viral entry, it might support nasal hygiene and help manage the viral load, especially after potential exposure to infectious environments.

• Blow your nose gently before using the spray.
• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
• Align the triangles on the cap and bottle, pull up the protective cap, and remove the safety clip.
• Insert the bottle tip gently into one nostril.
• Press on the opposite nostril to close it and pump one spray into the open nostril.
• Repeat in the other nostril (maintain a 5-second gap between sprays).
• Use two sprays in each nostril for a total of four sprays.
• Inhale gently through the nose while applying, but do not inhale deeply.
• Ensure the sprayer is held vertically during use.
• Wipe the sprayer with a clean tissue after use to maintain hygiene.
• Two sprays per nostril, six times a day, for seven days or as directed by a healthcare professional. 

• Store at room temperature below 30°C.
• Do not freeze the product.
• Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
• Suitable for adults only.
• If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• If the spray gets into your eyes, rinse with water immediately.
• Always return the protective cap to the sprayer after use.
• Do not share the sprayer with other people to avoid infection risk.
• Discard the product on the expiration date or 30 days after first opening, whichever comes first.
• If you experience a headache, nosebleed, persistent burning sensation, or worsening symptoms, discontinue use and consult your physician.
• Keep away from fire.
