Although there is no documented interaction between ENZULAMIDE CAPSULE 28 and alcohol, it is advisable to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. Alcohol can exacerbate side effects such as dizziness, fatigue, and high blood pressure, and may interfere with the body’s ability to metabolise the medication effectively.

Patients with liver impairment should use ENZULAMIDE CAPSULE 28 with caution. Enzalutamide is metabolised in the liver, and any pre-existing liver conditions may affect how the medication is processed in the body, potentially leading to toxic buildup or reduced effectiveness. Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver disease, such as hepatitis or cirrhosis. Regular monitoring of liver function tests may be required during treatment.

Individuals with kidney problems should consult their doctor before starting ENZULAMIDE CAPSULE 28. While the medication is primarily metabolised in the liver, impaired kidney function can still influence how the medicine is eliminated from the body. Dose adjustments or additional monitoring may be necessary based on the severity of the kidney condition.

ENZULAMIDE CAPSULE 28 may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, or seizures, which can impair your ability to concentrate and perform tasks requiring alertness. You are advised to avoid driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in activities that require a high level of focus until you know how the medication affects you. 

Patients with a known allergy to enzalutamide or any of its components should avoid taking ENZULAMIDE CAPSULE 28. Allergic reactions may include symptoms such as rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, or severe dizziness. If any signs of an allergic reaction occur, discontinue the medication immediately and seek emergency medical care. Inform your doctor about any known allergies before starting treatment.

ENZULAMIDE CAPSULE 28 is not recommended for children under 18 years of age. The safety and efficacy of this medication have not been established in pediatric patients.
