Although there is no documented interaction between ENZLUTA 40 CAPSULE 28 and alcohol, it is advisable to avoid alcohol consumption during treatment. Patients with liver impairment should use ENZLUTA 40 CAPSULE 28 with caution. Enzalutamide is metabolised in the liver, and any pre-existing liver conditions may affect how the medication is processed in the body, potentially leading to toxic buildup or reduced effectiveness. Inform your doctor if you have any history of liver disease, such as hepatitis or cirrhosis. Regular monitoring of liver function tests may be required during treatment.

Individuals with kidney problems should consult their doctor before starting ENZLUTA 40 CAPSULE 28. While the medication is primarily metabolised in the liver, impaired kidney function can still influence how the medicine is eliminated from the body.
