• Lipid-lowering medicines (like statins): Statins are not known to directly interact with enclomiphene. However, they may have an indirect neutral or mildly decreasing effect on enclomiphene's efficacy if they affect overall hormonal metabolism.
• Thyroid hormone replacement medication (such as levothyroxine): Thyroid hormones typically do not interact with enclomiphene directly. However, untreated thyroid disorders can impair ovulation. Proper thyroid hormone levels can enhance the efficacy of enclomiphene by supporting normal hormonal balance and ovulation.
