Drotikind-80 Tablet is an antispasmodic used for alleviating abdominal pain caused by spasms in the stomach and intestines. It provides relief from discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome.

By inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzymes, it increases cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), leading to muscle relaxation. This activity makes it effective in relieving spasms, particularly in conditions involving smooth muscle hyperactivity, such as abdominal pain and menstrual cramps.
