Dolokind 1.16 % Gel is used for managing moderate to severe pain and inflammation, especially in musculoskeletal conditions. Offering fast-acting relief, this topical gel targets the site of pain, reducing swelling, stiffness, and discomfort in joints and soft tissues. Enriched with a combination of four active ingredients, Capsaicin, Diclofenac Diethylamine, Menthol, and Methyl Salicylate, Dolokind Gel combines the benefits of anti-inflammatory action with cooling and heating sensations. 

• Diclofenac Diethylamine (1.16%): Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps in managing inflammation and localised pain. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for pain and swelling.
   
• Menthol (5%): Menthol provides a soothing and cooling sensation upon application, which helps in reducing the perception of pain. It activates cold receptors on the skin, thereby giving temporary relief from minor aches and pains. 
   
• Methyl Salicylate (5%): Methyl Salicylate is a topical analgesic known for its warming effect, which helps increase blood flow to the affected area. It helps reduce muscle stiffness and joint discomfort. 
   
• Capsaicin (0.025%): Capsaicin is a natural compound derived from chilli peppers that works by depleting a neurotransmitter called substance P, which is involved in transmitting pain signals. It helps manage neuropathic and chronic pain conditions, particularly those associated with arthritis and nerve pain.
   
• Other Ingredients: Isopropyl Alcohol, Diethylamine, Carbomer, Propylene Glycol, Polyethene Glycol, Perfume, and Purified Water.

• Generally, apply a thin layer to the affected area three to four times daily
