Chironorm Tablet 10

CHIRONORM TABLET 10 is used for the following conditions:

• Management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
• Management of insulin resistance
• Support of ovulation in women with PCOS
• Improvement of menstrual irregularities associated with PCOS
• Management of metabolic abnormalities associated with PCOS
• Prevention and treatment of folate deficiency
• Prevention and treatment of vitamin B12 deficiency

• Take this medicine exactly as advised by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
• It is preferably taken with food to reduce stomach-related side effects.
• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.

CHIRONORM TABLET 10 is taken orally.

CHIRONORM TABLET 10 contains the following active ingredients:

• D-Chiro-Inositol (13.8 mg): It helps improve insulin sensitivity and supports normal ovarian function. It plays a role in cellular signalling pathways involved in glucose metabolism and reproductive hormone regulation.
• L-Methylfolate (0.5 mg): It is the biologically active form of folate that supports DNA synthesis, red blood cell production, and cellular growth. It also helps maintain adequate folate levels and supports reproductive health.
• Metformin (500 mg): It improves the body's response to insulin, decreases glucose production by the liver, and enhances glucose utilisation by body tissues. This helps improve insulin resistance and metabolic abnormalities associated with PCOS.
• Methylcobalamin (750 mcg): It is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports nerve function, DNA synthesis, and red blood cell formation. It also helps prevent vitamin B12 deficiency that may occur during prolonged metformin therapy.
• Myo-Inositol (550 mg): It acts as an insulin sensitiser and helps regulate ovarian function, hormone balance, and ovulation. It also supports healthy glucose metabolism and reproductive health.
