Axiotem 20 Capsule 5 is used for:

• Management of newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) in adults, alongside radiotherapy and as a follow up maintenance treatment.

• Managing recurrent or worsening malignant glioma such as GBM or anaplastic astrocytoma in adults and children over 3 years old.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew or open the capsule.

• It should be consumed on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after a meal.

• If you feel nauseous after taking it, speak to your doctor about preventive measures.

• Always follow your doctor's advice on how and when to take this medicine.
