Appeliv Syrup is used for managing loss of appetite. It combines Cyproheptadine, an appetite stimulant with Tricholine Citrate (a bile acid sequestrant) and Sorbitol. This formulation helps enhance appetite, improve digestion, and support weight gain in individuals experiencing loss of appetite, malnutrition, or weakness.

• Cyproheptadine: Cyproheptadine is an antihistamine that acts as a potent appetite stimulant.
