Amni Sense Kit is used for detecting potential amniotic fluid leakage. It is formulated with a Test Panty Liner (TPL) that contains a pH-sensitive indicator strip, which changes colour when exposed to fluid with a pH above 5, typically associated with amniotic fluid. The kit includes plastic drying boxes for safe storage and result interpretation. A colour change to blue or green after 30 minutes may indicate a leak, prompting immediate medical attention. It is easy to use, discreet, and suitable for home use under medical supervision.

• Test Panty Liner (TPL): It contains a removable pale yellow indicator strip that reacts to fluids with a pH level greater than 5, helping detect leaks with elevated pH levels.
   
• pH Sensitivity: Amniotic fluid typically has a pH above 6.5. If the fluid that contacts the indicator strip causes a colour change to blue or green, it may indicate amniotic fluid leakage.

• Start by washing your hands thoroughly and drying them with a clean towel to ensure hygiene.
• Take out the panty liner from its packaging. It contains a pale yellow indicator strip.
• Attach the TPL to your underwear just like a regular panty liner. Ensure the yellow indicator strip is positioned directly against the vaginal area.
• Continue wearing the panty liner until you feel moisture or wetness.
• Once wetness is detected, open the plastic drying box included in the kit.
• Carefully remove the indicator strip from the panty liner.
• Place the strip on the white cloth inside the drying box, then close the box.
• After 30 minutes, open the box and observe the colour of the strip:
• Blue or green indicates a high likelihood of amniotic fluid.
• No colour change or yellow suggests it’s unlikely to be amniotic fluid.
• If a blue/green colour appears, seek immediate medical advice or visit a hospital.
