Insupen Ez Device is used for delivering precise doses of insulin to manage diabetes. It is formulated to work exclusively with Biocon’s prefilled 3 mL insulin cartridges, including Insugen R, Insugen N, 30/70, 50/50, and BASALOG refills. The device allows insulin delivery from 1 unit (0.01 mL) up to 60 units (0.60 mL) in 1-unit increments, ensuring accurate dosing. It is easy to use, reusable. Proper storage away from moisture, dust, and extreme temperatures, along with careful cleaning as per instructions, helps maintain the pen’s durability and safety.

• Insert a compatible Biocon prefilled 3 mL insulin cartridge into the pen if not already inserted.
• Attach a new sterile needle to the pen before each use.
• Turn the dose selector to 2 units.
• Hold the pen with the needle pointing upward and press the injection button to release insulin and remove air bubbles.
• Turn the dose selector to the prescribed insulin dose (between 1 to 60 units).
• Clean the injection site with an alcohol swab.
• Insert the needle into the skin at the recommended site (abdomen, thigh, or upper arm).
• Press the injection button fully and hold for 5–10 seconds to deliver the full dose.
• Withdraw the needle from the skin carefully.
• Remove the needle from the pen and dispose of it safely in a sharps container.
• Use it as directed by the physician.
