Feneed 110 mg/5 mcg/1.5 mg Syrup is used for supporting iron deficiency anaemia and related vitamin deficiencies. It combines elemental iron (to boost haemoglobin and red blood cells), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) to support healthy nerve and blood cell function, and folic acid for proper cell growth and DNA formation. Together, these nutrients help fight tiredness, weakness, and fatigue caused by low red blood cells, and they are especially useful during pregnancy, periods of rapid growth, or recovery from illness when the body’s iron and vitamin needs are higher.
