Fabrimol 250 MG Suspension is used for managing high body temperature and relieving mild to moderate pain in children. This oral suspension contains Paracetamol (also known as Acetaminophen), an analgesic and antipyretic agent widely recommended for paediatric care. By inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system and acting on the hypothalamic heat-regulating centre, it helps lower high body temperature and eases various types of discomfort. Its child-friendly formulation ensures effective relief from conditions such as headaches, toothaches, muscle aches, sore throat, cold and flu symptoms, and post-vaccination high body temperature. 

• Paracetamol (250 Mg ): Paracetamol is a well-known analgesic and antipyretic that helps manage pain and reduce high body temperature. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord, thereby decreasing pain signals and body temperature. It is safe for paediatric use when administered in appropriate doses and provides quick symptomatic relief.
   
• Other Ingredients: Colour (Ponceau 4 R) and Flavoured syrupy base.

• Shake well before use.
• For children aged 3 months and above, give 10-15 mg/kg three to four times a day or as directed by the physician.

• Use a measuring spoon or cup for accuracy.
• Administer the medicine after meals to minimise stomach discomfort.
• Do not exceed four doses in 24 hours.
• Follow the weight-based dosage instructions provided by your physician.

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not exceed 30 °C.
• Use under medical supervision, especially in children with liver or kidney issues.
• Do not use it if your child is allergic to paracetamol or any of the other ingredients listed.
• Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol-containing medicines to manage overdose.
