Amphyl D 400/30mg Tablet 10

Amphyl D 400/30mg Tablet 10 is used in the following conditions: 

• Cough
• Bronchitis
• Asthma
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Sinusitis

You should take Amphyl D 400/30mg Tablet 10 in the following way: 

• Take the tablet orally with water after a meal.
• Do not crush or break the tablet. 
• Follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.
• If it is indicated for paediatric use, follow the dosage instructions specifically designed for children.

Amphyl D 400/30mg Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

Amphyl D 400/30mg Tablet 10 contains the following components:

• Ambroxol hydrochloride (30 mg): As a mucolytic agent, ambroxol hydrochloride works by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough it out.
• Doxofylline (400 Mg): Doxofylline works as a bronchodilator by relaxing the smooth muscles in the airways. It helps in widening the air passages, making it easier to breathe. Doxofylline also has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the airways.

The storage instructions for Amphyl D 400/30mg Tablet 10 are as follows:

• Store this tablet at room temperature, around 25°C, and protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use this medication once it has passed its expiry date.

• To reduce mucus production, avoid dairy products such as milk.
• Replace processed or refined foods with green leafy vegetables. Foods such as baked goods, fried foods, white bread, white pasta, french fries, sugary desserts and chips should be avoided.
• Drinking fluids can help loosen mucus and prevent a dry throat.
• Citrus fruits should be avoided as they may worsen the cough.
• Consume fruits rich in water content, such as pears, watermelon, peaches and pineapples.
