• Naproxen + Domperidone can be taken orally (tablet).

Age And Dose Restrictions

• It can be used by adults and children over 12 years of age.

Contraindications 

• It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to naproxen or domperidone, patients with kidney disease, heart disease, liver disease or asthma.

Medications To Avoid With This Drug 

• Avoid taking anticoagulants (warfarin), NSAIDs (ketorolac), ACE inhibitors (ramipril), corticosteroids (prednisone), aminoglycoside antibiotics (amikacin), and antiarrhythmic medications (quinidine). These medications may alter the safety and effectiveness of this combination.

Overdose And Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed amount may cause symptoms such as extreme tiredness, stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, and uncontrolled eye movements. In severe cases, confusion or difficulty breathing may occur. If you suspect an overdose, stop taking the medicine and seek immediate medical attention. Do not attempt to manage the overdose at home.
• If you miss a dose of Naproxen + Domperidone, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for the missed one.

Management Of Side Effects

• The side effects are temporary and resolve when this combination is discontinued. If side effects worsen or persist, consult your doctor for a possible treatment plan adjustment.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

• This medicine can cause confusion. It is not recommended to drive, operate machinery, or do other activities that require mental alertness or coordination after taking this medicine. 

Use In Pregnancy And Lactation

• Caution is advised in pregnant women. Its use in breastfeeding women should be done only if prescribed by a doctor.

Caution In Other Conditions

• Caution should be taken in the elderly, especially in liver, kidney, and heart disease patients.

• Apply a cold compress to your forehead for 15 minutes to ease the pain.
• Apply gentle pressure to specific painful points on your head, neck, and shoulder to relieve the migraine headache.
