Contraindications

• Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase is not recommended for use in certain individuals due to contraindications, including known allergies to aceclofenac, paracetamol, or serratiopeptidase, or to any component of the formulation. It should be avoided in patients with active or recurrent peptic ulcers, bleeding disorders, or a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy. Additionally, individuals with severe heart failure, hepatic failure, or renal failure should avoid this medication, It is contraindicated during the last trimester of pregnancy and in patients with asthma, urticaria, or acute rhinitis triggered by aspirin or other NSAIDs. Finally, individuals with acute porphyria should also avoid this medication.

• Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase has the potential to interact with a wide range of medications, including painkillers such as aspirin and ibuprofen, immunosuppressants like cyclosporine and tacrolimus, and antipsychotics such as lithium. Additionally, interactions may occur with cardiac glycosides like digoxin, blood thinners such as warfarin, and anti-rheumatoid drugs like methotrexate. Other medications that may interact with Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase include antacids, antifungals, antiarrhythmics, anti-gout medications, antiemetics, bile acid sequestrants, anticancer drugs, antibiotics, anti-progestational steroids, antidiabetics, diuretics, and antihypertensive medications. Overdose and Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed amount may cause serious side effects, including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, and, in severe cases, liver damage (due to Paracetamol) or gastrointestinal bleeding (due to Diclofenac). If you suspect an overdose, stop taking the medicine immediately and seek urgent medical attention. Do not wait for symptoms to appear before seeking help.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for the missed one.

• This medicine is not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is also contraindicated during the last three months of pregnancy.
