How Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase works

  • Diclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase works through three complementary mechanisms to relieve pain, reduce fever, and decrease inflammation and swelling.
  • Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It blocks the COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
  • Paracetamol works primarily in the central nervous system (CNS). It reduces the perception of pain and lowers fever by acting on pain pathways in the brain, providing additional analgesic and antipyretic relief alongside Diclofenac.
  • Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme. It works by breaking down abnormal proteins and fibrin that accumulate at sites of injury or inflammation. This helps reduce swelling, tissue oedema, and viscosity of secretions, speeding up the body's natural recovery process.
  • Together, the three components provide pain relief and help reduce inflammation and swelling through different mechanisms of action.
