Aceclofenac + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Rabeprazole relieves pain and inflammation whilst protecting the stomach lining, combining two pain relievers with a proton pump inhibitor.
This combination is commonly used for:
• Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis: Eases joint pain, swelling, and stiffness.
• Ankylosing spondylitis: Reduces pain and stiffness associated with this inflammatory spinal condition.
• Low back pain and dental pain: Provides relief from acute pain in the back or following dental procedures.

Aceclofenac + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Rabeprazole works through three separate actions to relieve pain whilst protecting the stomach.
Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It blocks cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever.
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen is an analgesic. It reduces pain and fever by inhibiting COX enzymes in the brain and spinal cord, lowering prostaglandin production in the central nervous system.
Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor. It reduces stomach acid production by blocking the proton pump in the stomach lining, helping to prevent stomach ulcers and gastrointestinal irritation that can result from NSAID use.
Together, these three components relieve pain and inflammation whilst reducing the risk of stomach-related side effects.
