• Aceclofenac + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Rabeprazole is available in tablet form for oral administration.

Age and Dose Restrictions

• This combination medicine is intended for use in adults and children aged 12 years and older.

Contraindications

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation and also in patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, history of asthma attacks, urticaria, or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Patients with severe liver or kidney impairment should not use this combination.

Other Medications to Avoid

• This combination may interact with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin), corticosteroids (e.g., prednisolone), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) (e.g., fluoxetine), diuretics (e.g., furosemide), and other NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed dose may cause gastric distress, and in severe cases, liver or kidney damage. Neurological effects such as drowsiness or, rarely, coma may also occur. If you suspect an overdose, inform your doctor immediately.

• If you miss a dose of Aceclofenac + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen + Rabeprazole, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is close to your next scheduled dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Management of Side Effects

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• If you experience mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea or upset stomach, try taking the medicine with or after meals.

• Drinking plenty of water can help manage symptoms of dry mouth.

• If you experience drowsiness or dizziness, avoid activities that require alertness until the feeling passes.

Use in Driving and Operating Machinery

• This combination may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Therefore, it is advised to avoid driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how the medicine affects you.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• This combination medicine should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, or while breastfeeding, unless recommended by your doctor. It is always advised to consult a doctor before using this medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Caution in Other Conditions

• Patients with a history of ulcers or gastrointestinal bleeding, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, liver or kidney impairment, and elderly patients should use this medication with caution.

Special Dietary and Lifestyle Recommendations

• Include anti-inflammatory foods in your diet such as leafy greens, berries, fatty fish, olive oil, and almonds.

• Limit consumption of processed foods and high-sugar drinks as they could exacerbate inflammation.
