Contraindications 

• This combination is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to terbutaline or bromhexine. 

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• Avoid taking beta-blockers (propranolol), antidepressants (amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine), diuretics (furosemide), methylxanthines (theophylline), corticosteroids (prednisone), and antibiotics (neomycin). These medications may alter the safety and effectiveness of Terbutaline + Bromhexine.

Overdose And Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed dose may cause a rapid heartbeat, palpitations, irregular heart rhythm, restlessness, anxiety, muscle cramps, nausea, or vomiting. These symptoms require prompt medical attention. If you suspect an overdose, seek emergency medical care immediately.
• If you miss a dose of Terbutaline + Bromhexine, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.

Management Of Side Effects

• Take this combination with food to reduce gastrointestinal side effects and continue taking it as prescribed. If side effects worsen or persist, consult your doctor for a possible treatment plan adjustment.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

• This combination may cause dizziness. Do not drive, operate machinery, or do other activities that require mental alertness or coordination if you experience dizziness after taking it. 

Use In Pregnancy And Lactation

• Caution is advised in pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Caution In Other Conditions

• Caution is advised in patients with gastric ulcers, hyperthyroidism, ischaemic heart disease, recent heart attack, irregular heartbeat, increased heart rate, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, closed-angle glaucoma, diabetes mellitus and severe kidney and liver impairment.

• If you're a smoker, quit smoking to manage asthma and COPD.
