• It is advised to avoid the concurrent use of antifungal medicines (ketoconazole), antibacterials (erythromycin), immune response-reducing medications (cyclosporine), cardiac medicines (diltiazem) and antiretrovirals (ritonavir) with this medicine as it can interact with these medications. 

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose of Bilastine may cause symptoms like headache, dizziness, nausea, and drowsiness.
• If you forget to take this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. But avoid repeating the dose.
