Age And Dose Restrictions

• This medicine is intended for adults. Its use in children is not recommended.

Contraindications 

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to ofloxacin,  ornidazole, iItraconazole and clobetasol. 

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine 

• As this medicine is available for use in the topical form, the possibility of its interaction is minor. Try to avoid using other topical steroid medicines along with this. 

Overdose And Missed Dose

• This medicine is meant for external use only, so an overdose in the usual sense is unlikely. However, applying more than the recommended amount does not speed up healing and may increase the risk of skin thinning or irritation. Use only as much as your doctor has advised.
• If you miss a dose of Ofloxacin + Ornidazole + Itraconazole + Clobetasol, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not apply extra medicine to make up for a missed dose.

Management Of Side Effects

• Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this medicine. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• This medication is not known to impair your ability to drive or operate machinery.

Special Dietary And Lifestyle Recommendation

• Regularly change your socks and wash your feet. Opt for shoes that keep your feet cool and dry, avoiding those that cause excessive sweating.
• In wet places such as changing rooms and gym showers, always wear flip-flops or sandals to prevent fungal infections.
• Refrain from scratching the affected skin areas, as this can spread the infection to other parts of your body.
• Avoid sharing personal items like towels, combs, bedsheets, shoes, or socks to prevent the spread of infections.
• Wash your bed sheets and towels regularly to maintain hygiene.
