How Gatifloxacin + Prednisolone works

Gatifloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It blocks bacterial enzymes called DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, which bacteria need to copy their DNA. This stops susceptible bacteria multiplying.
