• This combination medication is meant for adults and children above 12 years of age.

Contraindications

• This medication is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to any of the three active ingredients: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, or Phenylephrine.

Other Medications to Avoid

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine may interact with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (like isocarboxazid, linezolid and methylene blue), sedatives (such as diazepam and zolpidem).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed dose may cause severe drowsiness, seizures, widened pupils, nausea, vomiting, a fast heartbeat, or hallucinations. If you notice these symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

• If you are feeling dry mouth or throat drink water frequently or chew sugarless gum.

• Consult your doctor before using Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Caution in Other Conditions

• Patients with liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizures, glaucoma, diabetes, and those with enlarged prostate glands should exercise caution when taking this medication. Consultation with a doctor is advised.
