• Keep your feet from getting hot and sweaty in shoes. Avoid going barefoot in the gym shower to avoid bacterial and fungal illnesses.
• To stop the infection from spreading, don't scratch the afflicted area of the skin.
• Keep shoes, socks, bedsheets, combs, and towels separate from other people. Wash your towels and bed linens on a regular basis.
• Keep the affected skin clean and dry and use the medicine only as directed by your doctor and for the prescribed duration.
