Beclometasone + Formoterol Fumarate is a combination inhaled medicine that works through two complementary actions.
Beclometasone is a corticosteroid. It reduces inflammation, swelling, and irritation in the airways by acting on inflammatory pathways involved in asthma and COPD.
Formoterol Fumarate is a long-acting beta-2 adrenergic agonist (LABA). It relaxes the muscles lining the airways, widening them and making it easier to breathe.
Together, Beclometasone reduces airway inflammation while Formoterol keeps the airways open, providing more complete symptom control than either medicine alone.
