- Avoid taking nitrates (isordil) with this combination. It may affect the safety and effectiveness of combination.
Overdose and Missed Dose
- An overdose of Sildenafil + Dapoxetine may cause symptoms such as a severe drop in blood pressure, fainting, dizziness, rapid or irregular heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, and agitation. If you suspect an overdose, seek emergency medical attention immediately. Do not take more than the prescribed dose, and never take this combination more than once in 24 hours. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding the recommended dose.
- Sildenafil + Dapoxetine is taken on demand before sexual activity rather than on a regular daily schedule. If you decide not to take it before a planned occasion, simply skip it and use it on the next occasion as needed. Do not take two doses within 24 hours.

- It can induce dizziness and vision issues, thus refraining from driving or operating heavy machinery until fully alert is recommended.
