• Dapoxetine + Tadalafil is available in the form of tablets for oral administration.

Age and Dose Restrictions

• This combination is intended for use in adult men aged 18 to 64 years.

Contraindications

• Dapoxetine + Tadalafil is contraindicated in patients with severe liver disease, end-stage kidney disease requiring dialysis, and a history of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

Other Medications to Avoid

• This combination may interact with CYP3A4 inhibitors (such as ketoconazole, ritonavir), alpha-blockers (like doxazosin, tamsulosin), antihypertensives (including amlodipine, lisinopril) and other PDE5 inhibitors (such as sildenafil, vardenafil).

Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of this combination can lead to symptoms such as dizziness, vision changes, slow heart rate and fainting. If you suspect an overdose, seek medical attention immediately.
• If you miss a dose of this medication, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

Most side effects are temporary and generally harmless and resolve when discontinuing this combination. However, if you experience any severe side effects or worsening of any of the symptoms, please consult your doctor.

• Drinking plenty of water can help manage side effects like headaches, flushing, and dizziness.

• This combination may cause side effects like dizziness or blurred vision that may affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid engaging in these activities if you experience these side effects.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• Dapoxetine + Tadalafil is not approved for use in women; therefore, its safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established.

Caution in Other Conditions

• Patients with a history of cardiovascular diseases or peptic ulcers should use this combination with caution.
• Caution is advised for patients with anatomical deformation of the penis or predisposition to priapism.

• Limit intake of caffeine as it can exacerbate some side effects of the medicine like headache and dizziness.
• Avoid smoking as it can interfere with erectile function.
• Limit alcohol intake as it can exacerbate erectile dysfunction and interfere with the effectiveness of the medication.
