• Dicyclomine + Paracetamol can be taken orally (tablet, capsule, suspension) and intramuscularly (injection).

Age And Dose Restrictions

• This combination can be used in adults and children above 12 years of age with appropriate dose calculation.

Contraindications 

• This combination is contraindicated in patients with a history of allergies to Dicyclomine or Paracetamol and in patients with severe liver disease.

Medications To Avoid With This Drug

• Avoid taking anticoagulants (warfarin), prokinetic agents (metoclopramide and domperidone), anticonvulsants (phenobarbital, carbamazepine), antitubercular medicines (rifampicin), and antibiotics (flucloxacillin). These medications may alter the safety and effectiveness of this combination.

Overdose And Missed Dose

• If an overdose of this medication occurs, inform your doctor immediately.
• If you miss a dose of this combination, take it as soon as you remember. But, if the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing regime.

• Caution is advised in older adults and patients with glaucoma, enlarged prostate, ulcerative colitis, hiatus hernia associated with reflux oesophagitis, kidney and liver impairment.

• Take this combination only for the prescribed duration.

• Regularly engage in mild exercise, such as yoga or walking, to enhance digestion and reduce stress, both of which can exacerbate spasms.
