Contraindications

• This combination is contraindicated in individuals with hypercalcaemia (high blood calcium levels), hypervitaminosis D (excessive vitamin D levels), severe renal impairment or kidney failure, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous diseases, and known hypersensitivity to any of the components in the formulation.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed dose may cause nausea, vomiting, severe dizziness, confusion, or an irregular heartbeat. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Management of Side Effects
