Contraindications

• This combination is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to any of the components: ciprofloxacin, clobetasol propionate, metronidazole, or terbinafine.

• It is also contraindicated in cases of viral skin infections such as herpes simplex, vaccinia, varicella, fungal skin infections without a bacterial component, certain parasitic skin infestations like scabies, and skin eruptions related to tuberculosis or syphilis.

Other Medications to Avoid

• This combination may interact with oral anticoagulants (such as warfarin), certain antiarrhythmics (such as quinidine), certain antidepressants (like fluoxetine and paroxetine), and beta-blockers (such as propranolol).

Overdose and Missed Dose
