Contraindications

• This medicine is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to Chlorpheniramine Maleate or Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. It is also contraindicated in patients who are currently taking or have taken Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) within the past two weeks and those with severe hypertension or coronary artery disease.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Taking more than the prescribed dose may cause nausea, excessive drowsiness, sweating, blurred vision, and an irregular heartbeat. In severe cases, an overdose can cause liver damage. If you suspect an overdose, seek medical attention immediately.
• If you miss a dose of Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
