Overdose and Missed Dose

• An overdose of Azelnidipine may cause a significant drop in blood pressure (hypotension) and a rapid heartbeat (tachycardia). These can lead to dizziness, fainting, or feeling faint when standing up. If an overdose is suspected, seek emergency medical attention immediately and do not attempt to manage these symptoms without medical guidance.

• If you miss a dose of Azelnidipine, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take two doses at the same time to make up for a missed one.
