Age and Dose Restrictions

• It is intended to be used by adults above 18 years of age.

Contraindications

• It is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Tolperisone. It is also contraindicated in patients having myasthenia gravis. 

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• Avoid taking NSAIDs (aspirin) with Tolperisone. It may alter the safety and effectiveness of Tolperisone.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose can cause lethargy, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain and require to be consulted by a doctor. Therefore, strict adherence to the prescribed dose is essential.
• If you miss a dose of Tolperisone, take it as soon as you remember. But, if the next dose is near, skip the missed dose and resume the regular dosing regime.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

• It does not impair the ability to drive or operate machinery. If you experience dizziness or drowsiness after taking it, do not drive or operate machinery.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• It is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Caution In Other Conditions

• Caution is advised in older adults as it is not recommended for them.
