Contraindications

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose with Mecobalamin tablets is uncommon, as excess vitamin B12 is usually removed by the body. However, very high doses may cause headache, dizziness, or nausea. If you suspect an overdose, contact your doctor or visit the nearest hospital.

• If you miss a dose of Mecobalamin, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule. Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.
