Other Medicines to Avoid With This Supplement

• Medicines used to control seizures, such as phenytoin and carbamazepine, may affect vitamin D levels.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Taking too much of this combination, particularly vitamin D, may cause high blood calcium levels.
• Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, excessive thirst, frequent urination, weakness, confusion and kidney problems.
• Isolated cases of kidney or liver damage have been reported after excessive chromium intake.
• Contact your doctor or the nearest hospital immediately if you take too much.
• If you miss a dose, take it when you remember. Skip it if the next dose is due soon.
• Do not take 2 doses together.

Management of Side Effects

• If it causes stomach discomfort, take it with food if permitted by your doctor or the product instructions.
• Drink enough water and other clear fluids if you develop diarrhoea.
• Sit or lie down if you feel dizzy, and avoid standing up suddenly.
• Contact your doctor if you develop persistent vomiting, severe diarrhoea, excessive thirst or frequent urination.
• Do not reduce the dose or stop taking it without medical advice.

Driving and Operating Machinery

• Chromium Picolinate + D Chiro Inositol + Myo Inositol + Vitamin D2 is not normally expected to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.
• Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you experience dizziness or weakness.

Use in Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

• During pregnancy, your doctor will determine the appropriate vitamin D dose based on your diet, health and test results.
